Across Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, our people-led communities reflect what we care about most: inclusion, connection, safety and giving back.
Each group has its own focus, but together they help create a workplace that feels human, supportive and deeply connected.
WEN: A space where women support women — and inclusion grows
Women Empowerment Network (WEN) exists to support women by creating a space to connect, share experiences and grow with confidence.
While women are at the heart of WEN, its impact reaches further. By welcoming allies and encouraging open conversations, WEN helps build understanding, empathy and inclusivity across ENGIE. It’s where shared experiences turn into confidence, capability and voice — and where inclusion becomes something we practise every day.
PPRC: Connecting, giving back and enjoying the journey
People, Planet, Recreation Club brings people together beyond work, creating moments that build genuine connection.
From recreational activities to community and environmental initiatives, PPRC gives us opportunities to bond, recharge and give back — reminding us that thriving communities, inside and outside ENGIE, are built through shared experiences and care for one another.
NMR: Looking out for one another, every day
No Mind At Risk Committee focuses on something deeply important — making sure everyone feels safe, supported and able to go home well at the end of the day.
By encouraging open conversations around mental wellbeing, emotional resilience and psychological safety, NMR helps create an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up, asking for help and supporting one another. It’s about care, awareness and shared responsibility.
A culture shaped by care
WEN, PPRC and NMR may focus on different things, but together they shape who we are.
They help make ENGIE a place where people feel they belong — where we can be ambitious without losing our humanity, and where performance and care go hand in hand. Over time, these communities have helped build a strong sense of identity, rooted in trust, respect and connection.
